What is Auto-Post?

Auto-post is a great feature for planning out content you want to schedule for the next few days, weeks, or even months ahead! Gathering all of your social media content beforehand will help you create a consistent and smart social strategy. Plus, it helps you stay on top of everything that you’re planning to post. This is a HUGE benefit to anyone who has lots of content to share, but not enough time to be online throughout the day. Who Can Auto-Post?

All users (free or paid!) who have linked Instagram Business or Creator accounts can use auto-post. Free PLANOLY users can only auto-post grid image posts or Story image posts, while paid users can auto-post images, GIFs, image Carousels, Stories, and Reels posts.

What Type of Content Can’t be Auto-Posted?

Carousel video posts are not eligible for auto-posting at this time, due to Instagram’s limitations. Note: There are only certain types of media, sizes, resolutions, and video lengths that can be uploaded. Here’s a breakdown of auto-post guidelines and limitations.

How Do I Auto-Post Content to Facebook & Twitter?
